Nutritional Therapy
The key focus of nutritional therapy is to achieve wellbeing and good health by balancing and sustaining the structure, function and energy processes of the body. This approach recognises that diet and lifestyle are among the factors that profoundly influence the body!
Typical priorities in nutritional therapy consultations are to achieve optimum energy levels, healthy blood sugar balance, emotional and psychological wellbeing, optimum gastro-intestinal health and tolerance to a broad range of food groups. For more information, ask Marianna, our Nutritional Therapist. (

Yoga
We offer a dynamic flowing Vinyassa yoga (movement linked to breath) at our Wandsworth branch.
We currently offer drop-in classes on a Monday night at 19:15 for £12, and the next beginners course (5 weeks for £50) starts on Saturday 7th January 2012 at 14:00. Call us for further details.
Phillippa Johsnon has recently returned from India where she has trained with some of the yoga gurus, and we are thrilled to have her teaching this service.
